Southern Magnolia began with one simple belief:
Homeowners deserve one less thing to worry about.
After years of working in professional property management, I saw firsthand how much trust homeowners place in the people who care for their properties. I also recognized a growing need for dependable home watch services for homeowners, seasonal residents, and property investors who couldn't always be there themselves.
I didn't want to create just another home watch company. I wanted to build a business rooted in integrity, attention to detail, exceptional communication, and genuine Southern hospitality.

When I discovered property management, I found a career that combined my passion for helping people with protecting one of their biggest investments—their home.
